Bookings & Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system or by prior arrangement.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Regular VIP sessions operate under prior agreement.

Regular clients will be invoiced on the morning of their session. If payment for 3 or more sessions is owed at any one time, the regular booking will be removed until the balance has been cleared.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made with at least 72 hours notice.

Cancellations can be made using the link in your confirmation email, or by contacting us directly. A confirmation of cancellation will be emailed to you.

If less than 72 hours notice has been given, the session will be charged for in full unless otherwise stated by management.

Session Times

Your session includes setup & packdown time.

Clients must be ready to leave by the end of their booked session time, unless it has been confirmed that nobody is booked in the following slot.

Failure to vacate on time may delay the next session, disrupt the rest of the day’s schedule,and may result in an additional charge.

Equipment & Responsibility

All equipment is supplied in good working order to the best of our knowledge.

Clients are responsible for using all equipment correctly and responsibly.

Please report any damaged, broken or faulty equipment immediately.

We do not charge for genuine accidental damage. However, if equipment is damaged and not reported, and this affects a future session we reserve the right to charge those responsible for the damage and disruption to the future session.

Damage & Liability

Clients are responsible for any damage caused through misuse, negligence or failure to follow basic operating practices.

Any damage caused to the premises, equipment or fixtures may be charged for accordingly.

Safety

Clients must follow all basic safety practices when using equipment.

No unauthorised modification of equipment is permitted.

All electrical equipment provided must not be tampered with.

Any unsafe behaviour will result in the session being terminated.

Conduct

We aim to provide a relaxed, professional environment.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate sessions in the event of aggressive or abusive behaviour, excessive intoxication, disrespect to staff, equipment or other clients.

No refunds will be given in these situations.

Studio Use

Rooms must be left in a useable reasonable condition at the end of each session. Leave the room how you would want to find it.

All personal belongings must be removed. We are not responsible for items that have been left behind.

Agreement

By booking and attending a session you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
